This post is dedicated to Brittany, lover of all things ‘mini.’ I did this entirely to see her excitement when she discovers just how many options for mini appetizers are really out there. Besides being unabashedly cute, these picks are perfect bit-size servings so your guests don’t have to juggle their cocktail with a full plate. No matter the time of day of your reception, rehearsal dinner, or day-after brunch, these “mini must-haves” will make delightlful additions to your menu. SOURCES: 1.     I wholeheartedly agree with Brittany. Mini everything! I might be obsessed with mini things because I was considered a giant growing up…but whatever the reason I’m obsessed.

    So adorable! I love the mini pop tarts and mini baked potatoes. But just because they’re mini doesn’t mean I’m not going to eat way too many of them :)

    I love all things Mini!! This is great :) I have to say the mini oancakes and mini grilled cheese sandwiches stand out the most- i would LOVE to see these at a wedding :) I’m al about tasting a little bit of a lot… and there’s no better way than minis!!

    I love the cute little mini appetizers. Instead of just displaying ice cream cones, why not display nuts and fries in cone paper:
